Scope of personal data processed and purposes of processing

For the purpose of providing services to clients and other data subjects to the extent required, the controller processes the following personal data: name, e-mail address and place of delivery of the service.

Processing of personal data

The current legislation allows the processing of personal data on the basis of law (i.e. without the data subject's consent), legitimate interest or on the basis of the data subject's consent.

Disclosure of data to third parties

In order to provide the full range of services, personal data obtained by the Controller may also be processed by third parties. When selecting these partners, we always ensure that a high standard of protection of your personal data is guaranteed.

The personal data of the data subject may be processed in countries of the European Union and countries that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The transfer of personal data may only take place to third countries whose legal regime is considered by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data.

Rights of the data subject

Data subjects have the following rights in relation to the protection of personal data:

• the right of access to personal data relating to the data subject
• the right to rectification or erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data
• the right to object to the processing of personal data
• the right to data portability
• the right to erasure (to be forgotten) and to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data
• the right to lodge a complaint or to initiate proceedings with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection

Time limit for erasure of personal data

The controller undertakes to process and store the personal data of the data subjects, clients, for a period of one year from the last mutual contact or communication and then delete them from its database.

The controller is obliged to notify the data subject of a personal data breach without undue delay if such a personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to the data subject's rights.
